All new customers must have your attending Veterinarian FAX or Email the current shot records for your fur-baby or fur-babies directly to us. Please, send the required records in PDF or Word format.  These records need to be submitted 48 hours in advance of the date of the reservation. Our FAX number is: 410-548-5380 and our email address is: help@wwkennels.com The shots required to kennel your fur baby with us are: Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella/Kennel Cough shot.

If you are a current customer please as a courtesy contact your Veterinarian have the latest shot records for you fur-baby sent over prior to the reservation date to help keep our records current.

You do not have a reservation until you have been contacted and it has been confirmed.  However, I you are an existing customer of Weeping Willow Kennels…we always have room for family…yes membership does have its privileges.

What is provided and what to bring:

We provide the bowls, water bucket, blankets.  Regarding food…we suggest that you bring the food your fur baby has been eating so that they do not get an upset tummy from an abrupt change in diet coupled with their new surroundings.  If your fur baby has the proverbial cast iron stomach and can eat most anything then we will gladly provide the food. If you bring a favorite toy, blanket or other procession we ask that you do not bring an expensive item.  Toys can get lost to other dogs when left in a play yard and blankets don’t always come back in the condition they came in. All dry food should be provided in resealable containers (no large opened bags please). All pill form medications should be provided in a pill box and not in the original packaging.

Returning/Repeat Customers who would rather pay by check or cash will need to call the kennel to make the reservation in person. Additionally we must enforce a minimum 3-day cancellation/change policy for all reservations. All new customers have to make the reservation online and pay in advance by card, no exceptions will be made to this policy.
Full payment for all boarding days is collected in advance when the reservation request is made, just like a hotel. You pay, in advance, for the time & services you have reserved. Any deposit taken at the time of booking will be processed the day you book the reservation. That amount will be deducted from your invoice at the time of departure. Charges for such items as grooming, medications, feeding, exercise walks and etc. will be invoiced at time of departure. Much like a hotel, all charges are per day. Morning departures have no charge and evening departures are considered a full day charge.
