GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE
PLEASE READ!
Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection at time of delivery, a record of All Vaccinations and Wormings will be given to new owner. If you ask us to discount a puppy for you, and we do so, the remainder of this warranty Does Not apply, your puppy is sold as is where is at time of delivery and without warranty of any kind.
Buyer’s Responsibilities:
* Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination results by either email or phone call. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of this guarantee.
* Refrain from taking puppy to public places until puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure full immunity against diseases.
* Provide puppy with routine preventative care, such as, but not limited to:
* Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
* Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and worming.
* Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and worming.
* Please understand that owning a puppy means you will inccur some vet visits!! Even the healthiest of puppies must see the vet at least once a year!
* Our puppies have a minimum non-refundable deposit of $250.00 which is included in the total cost of the puppy.
Health Guarantee:
* Your puppy is guaranteed until 1 year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia (which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct), kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature.
* This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal in the bulldog breed: cherry eye, entropion, skin allergies including demodectic mange, “loose” hips, elongated soft palate and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils).
* All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only unless something happens to puppy while still in sellers care.
* Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all expenses.
* As of date of delivery, the puppy will have received proper vaccinations and wormings. The buyer has been informed of these and is responsible for future vaccinations and wormings.
* This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough which is common in puppies and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and must run its course, like the common cold.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
* Animal must show the defect by 1 Year of age. Breeder must be notified of the problem within 3 business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination of the problem and the report must be forwarded to the breeder’s veterinarian. The breeder’s veterinarian must concur with the report.
* A puppy with a defect must be returned in good condition (other than the specified problem) at the buyer’s expense or euthanized with the permission of the breeder.
* No refund, in part or in full, will be given unless something happens to the puppy while in sellers care.
* This guarantee applies only to the original puppy , agreement is nontransferable to a 3rd party.
* Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same parents as the original puppy.
* Buyer is responsible for transportation costs on the replacement puppy.
* Certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders are not covered by this guarantee.
* Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
* The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee the buyer will be able to show or breed the animal regardless of show or breeding potentials.
* This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
* Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Oklahoma, in the county of Rogers. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Rogers County, Oklahoma.
